When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Course Access & Licences
Upon purchasing a course tier (Creator or Studio), we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view the course content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display course content.
- Downloaded assets (prompts, templates, PDFs) are for personal use only.
- Access is granted for the lifetime of the product, subject to these Terms.
3. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Refund policy: We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on first purchases, subject to eligibility conditions. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details on eligibility, non-refundable situations, and how to submit a request.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users in community spaces.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content without permission.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including course videos, written materials, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of NextWave AI Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. User-Generated Content
By posting content in community forums or comments, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Site. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
7. Third-Party Services
The Site integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments) and Manus (authentication and hosting). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextWave AI Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
